August 9, 2009 ... FFF Has A New President... And FWC... Here We Come

FFF's New President Pictured Working On The "Cook" Wagon a Few Years Ago.
President Ward Is Currently Gathering Information For Our LEGAL Battle For Constitutional Due Process
And Here Are Just A Few Of FFF's Other Current Pursuits...
1. We are working with certain Legislators on the re-write of implementation language for the Limited Net Fishing Amendment... Because the FWC just can't seem to understand the following...
The Amendment's language stated "limited." (Not the Ban that the FWC created)
The Supreme Court declared "commercial viability is relevant." (Not Irrelevant...Everyone must be treated equally under an amendment)
Nor can the FWC comprehend that the Supreme Court's determination that the ONLY reason for the Amendment was to PREVENT UNNECESSARY KILLING, OVERHARVEST and WASTE does not coincide with the FWC forcing fishermen to use FWC designed seines that UNNECESSARILY KILL AND WASTE 98% of what they capture. (The ever brilliant FWC "experts" designed our current seine nets.)
2. We are working with Representatives and Senators on the complete lack of Substantive Constitutional Due Process afforded citizens whose lives are completely ruled by the FWC. For those who don't know, the FWC have never created the Substantive Due Process that is MANDATED by the Florida Constitution in Article IV, Section 9.
3. We are in highly productive and encouraging talks with VERY high level Legislators on the possibility of having an OPPOGA Investigation launched against the FWC due their INTENTIONAL lack of accountability to the citizens of this state.
Footnote for FWC Attorney, Mr. James Antista: The last time the Speaker of the House ordered an OPPOGA upon your FWC, you were worried, inquiring as to what the OPPOGA would cover... Remember? The Legislature foolishly trusted your FWC, and exchanged the OPPOGA for your agency conducting net tests that proved every word we've stated for the last 13 years... Then your FWC turned around and shafted the fishermen and the Legislature. WE WON'T LET THEM FORGET THE WAY THE FWC CONTINUOUSLY DEALS IN BAD FAITH. THIS TIME, MR. ANTISTA, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, NO DEALS.

James Antista: The FWC's Legal Counsel
4. We will be seeking Federal and State investigations into the FWC and their legal staff's mountain of "bad faith" evidence we have. In addition, the FWC's refusal to establish "adequate due process," and refusal to follow Florida Statutes. (Thus not granting equal protection of THE LAW to certain targeted individuals in this state.) We have Legislators willing to testify about the lack of Due Process and the FWC lying to the Legislature. Not only that, we have the Legislative Bills and the taped transcripts of the FWC agreeing to Constitutional Due Process Procedures that have been adopted by other constitutional bodies in this state, then refusing to do so once they "cherry picked" what they wanted out of bills passed by our elected lawmakers and signed by the Governor.
One last footnote for the FWC as to where we are heading...
Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241
Conspiracy Against Rights
This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).
It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.
Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.

We are also thinking about putting billboards around Tallahassee calling attention to the FWC's abuse of the environment, economy, citizens and refusal to establish adequate due process. What do you think? E-Mail us below...
